Looking for a Taiwanese Restaurant

I'm looking for a really good Taiwanese restaurant to surprise my partner with. They are a huge foodie and their favorite cuisine is asian due to being asian and raised on that style of cooking (I will not break down further due to privacy and they have a reddit account there is a chance they stumble upon this and I'm hoping they don't find this post). However, they are also used to quality of asian food from NYC, Boston, and they have traveled to China and Taiwan.

Does anyone have any recommendations as to where to take them? Ideally around the Farmington/Middletown area since we just moved closest to that area.
