The worst interactions are saying hi and bye

does anyone else get the most highly uncomfortable feeling when they’re merely saying hi to someone, or also saying bye? those specific interactions feel loaded with pressure. And the worst is when passing someone on the street or footpath… never knowing when to look up, how long to look, when to say hi.. I physically cringe so hard and get such an intense adrenaline rush that it almost hurts
