Looking for a programmer/ shop manager. (Barrie,ON,CA)

Hi the company I work for is looking for a CNC programmer/ shop manager to look over operations at their location in Barrie. The current guy is looking to move on and they are having a hard time finding someone to replace him. I don't know exactly what their hourly rate for the position is but I think it is likely around $40/hr.
