Located in Orange County, CA. Car is three months old. Six weeks in  I got a ton of emissions errors and dealership said muffler needed to be replaced. Six weeks after that, I got all of these error messages + a bonus one.....Parking is not possible! Shortly after all these messages popped up the car became super jerky when going from 1st to 2nd. Another issue with this error message is that the car wouldn't let me apply the parking brake. My options were Drive, Neutral, or Reverse.

Obviously a huge issue. Ended up turning off the car for 45 mins parked on a flat surface and that error message went away, but the emissions error remained. 

Took it to dealership for service where they told me it was a known issue, software update expected any day (sure), and the best they can do is reset everything which will clear the errors, but they said the errors will come back. Obviously that's a problem if I never know when the Parking error will pop up and I'll just....not be able to park? 

They told me to contact Audi corporate which I did yesterday and haven't heard back yet. It seems crazy to me that they just expect me to drive the car knowing I might not be able to park it. Huge liability. 

I don't really know what to do. Doesn't appear that lemon law applies yet. I'm sort of lost. Has this happened to anyone else? I guess I just wait for Audi to respond and in the meantime hope the Parking error doesn't come back while I'm on the road?
