Advice with upgrading my pc

PC Specs are the following:

CPU: i7 8700k

GPU: gtx 1070TI

Mothorboard: MSI Tomahawk Z390 LGA 1151

RAM: 16GB of DDR4 at 3200mhz

PSU: 700w EVGA Bronze

I built this back in 2019 and it's been pretty good for the most part but it's really started to show it's age in recent years with some of the more CPU intensive games. I also use it to do photo and video editing for work, but it's been fine on that front, so I'd really just be upgrading it to play games.

Since the motherboard is so outdated, I've been thinking about overhauling the entire thing. Right now I'm thinking about switching the CPU to an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, motherboard to a Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX, GPU to an RTX 5060TI and the ram to the cheapest 16GB DDR5 I can find.

I'm in no rush at all to upgrade the build for now since it's still able to play my favorites, but I wanted to get people's thoughts on potential upgrade paths before I commit to anything.
