Interview process with UHN

Is it normal for ultra high net worth families to draw out the interview process. First interview went great and they immediately scheduled a second with me that day I waited around all day and finally they asked to reschedule today. Today comes at 5:45 they didn’t call I give it 5-10 mins then reach out to the agency. They tell me that they just asked to reschedule for Friday I say anytime is fine I just need to know ahead of time. Is this normal? Am I wasting my time? Or they are just busy? Other high net worth families I interviewed for had a longer hiring process but didn’t reschedule my interviews like this but I don’t have much experience so wanted opinions from Nannie’s that do.
