Hacked!

A few weeks to a month ago, I was downloading cracked software and pasted some commands into terminal (like an idiot). Recently, i’ve had many old accounts be logged into, with the worst of it a personal instagram account where the hacker posted crypto scams to my story and to everyone i’d ever dmed. Still, they are accessing old game accounts (most of which I don’t use anymore). I have reset my passwords, used terminal commands from chatgpt to find suspect programs, downloaded malware bytes,, cleared cookies and caches on devices and browsers, and still, nothing fully seems to be working. The strange thing is the hacker can seemingly get into my email and check verification codes without logging in, and change old account credentials. Am I fully fucked? Looking for support and help, I know it’s stupid what I did.
