I just started doing darts as a hobby, and I need some help/tips

I just got my Dart board on July 5 and I need some help. The darts and the board is from Accudart. the board is a 18” bristle board and the darts are a steel tip (I think) 10 gram steel darts. If there is any games, tips, tricks, darts that are better (From 25-30 USD), or accessories to help silence It a bit more, please tell me.
