tubless leak. Redo it?

Got me a second hand last year and had a couple of rides on it.

Fastforward to now.

Unsure if it was over infladed or what.

Well it seems to leak out of drainhole aswell as the stem base.

So air getting past the tape.

Live pretty remotly so ill have to order in parts, do i retape it or just throw in some sealant?

Had been standing flat aswell as in 35c for last 6 months.
