I need help with a neck problem

Hello, I'm asking out there to see if there was any way I can fix my guitar so I took it to a guitar shop like a mom and pop shop that does really good setups and they end up telling me that the neck is twisted on my Les Paul 100. The truss wire was too tightened and it ended up twisting the neck only because I use heavy strings. I use 64 to 13 gauge strings. I was wondering if anyone knows a neck replacement like either someone selling the neck or if I can go after any other neck that would work the best for the Les Paul hundred cuz this has been a long project of me refurbishing the Les Paul hundred to bring it back to life.
