Am I doing the COC build correctly?

I'm following the Adonia Spark Gemling build and just started mapping and the damage feels like wet noodle? I know the build is amazing but wondering what's wrong with my setup or my level is simply not there? I'm willing to invest more as I just basically got some res and spell dmg and rolled to level up, but it's feeling weak right now in T14 white maps.
