I think I’m done. I adore this game but hate the save mechanism.

I have a really bad fear of heights. Like I struggle with it even in video games. I adore Crimson Desert but the Abyss is a challenge for me. I’m up to fighting the CrowKiller and got super close to his base, like right outside so I saved and took a break. When I reloaded the game I am all the way back at my last Abyss Nexus point at the start of the Abyss area. Why did it do that? Why not load me back in where I saved?
