Ordered sushi

I24F was in a bad toxic rs of 2 yrs before. All I could think and dream about was escaping and now here I am. Now what? Been solo living for a year now but nobody talks about the aftermath.

I dont know what to do now or where to start. It's been a year already. You would think Ive done a lot of things with myself already but no I didnt even do much. (I know I only have myself to blame) It's like time froze bc I froze and its easier said than done for someone to say to just enjoy, pick up hobbies, talk to friends but I can't seem to be interested in anything anymore.

I've isolated myself too much I have no contact with my family nor friends not one. They were just shocked before when I told him I was being abused. I told them after I left. No one knew during.

Worst part is I also have to endure this toxic manager/company to avoid being homeless every time I go to work whilst trying to find a job/sending resumes during my break or after every end of shift like pls even if its the same salary just let me out of this company.

Is this post too negative? Not trying to gain anything. Idk whats the point of me posting this but I just want to rant. I've been trying. I really do. To be positive and not let these thoughts consume me but everything seems too blurry now.

Thank you for stopping by.
