CIB USD Debit Card

Right now I think the only bank that works perfectly with PayPal is QNB using their USD Visa Platinum Debit Card. I heard that CIB offers a USD debit card as well, I was wondering if someone tried it to receive money from PayPal.

I will be testing this soon too and updating this thread but while I wait for the card to be issued maybe someone can share their experience.
