On 200 mg for nearly 4 weeks and feeling agitated, restless and shaking

I feel like I have worsened on 200 mg significantly, seems like I take longer to fall asleep. Gabapentin is no longer working as well. The restlessness is becoming unbearable when lying in bed at night. The hand wringing and clenching is painful, I have an urge to blink really hard constantly. I can't tell if it's the med or it put me into a mixed state. I am not on any other medication at the moment as I have only had 2 visits to the psychiatrist so far and my hypomania doesn't cause significant harm to my life.
