Question about milk

I’m a “baby” hucow (20) and I do not want to be pregnant and I heard there was something to take that helps produce milk without being pregnant (I can’t remember what it’s called on top of my head) my question is do I have to worry about milk leaking through my bra during non sexual activities (examples : shopping, visiting family, etc) if that’s a risk then I may not want to take that and just not produce milk while still doing hucow things
