Am I being underpaid?

In my contract it says I’m paid according to SCHADS MA000100, but doesn’t state the classification.

I did some research and have classified myself as (schedule F) level 1 home care aged care support worker. I also see a some NDIS clients but the majority is aged care.

I perform personal care, social and domestic duties for very difficult clients who have late stage dementia ect. I deal with some pretty hectic stuff on my shifts honestly, and had close to zero training when I first started.

I work casually, and my weekday hourly rate is $32.

I also just reached three months with the agency so I’m not sure if that bumps me to level 2?

I’m finding the award really confusing and hard to navigate. Am I being underpaid, and do I confront the agency about it or just go straight to fair work?
