Most addicting tycoon/idle games for iOS with optional ads and near infinite replayability for long car rides and road trips OR games with tons of unlocks

I’m looking for ideal car ride games where the ads, if there are any, are entirely optional and never intrusive. I’m also looking for crazy replay value, the more time I can sink into it the better.

For passive games, any idle/tycoon games will do that have tons of potential playtime.

In terms of the more active games I have Brotato, 20 Minutes to Dawn and CloverPit, which of course can all be played offline which are their main selling point to me, just in case I reach areas without service. So any games that have similar levels of replayability and unlock quantity would be wonderful, with plenty of secrets and synergies
