please recommend my next coffee purchase

Experiment

Hey everyone. I need some recommendations for my next purchase for my daily setup.

I brew using a KaldiPress (AeroPress clone). My daily driver is a highly 18g payload, steeped for 4:15, which I then bind with roughly 30ml of hot milk and (sometimes) 9g–12g of sugar (basically a cortado with occasional sugar).

My The 5-Star Brawlers (What I love):

  • Black Baza - Luna: The dark chocolate, tobacco, and spice completely dominate the milk. Perfect cup.
  • Naivo - Venkids Valley (Washed): Cardamom and heavy chocolate. It refuses to wash out.

My The 4-Star Brawlers (What I like):

  • 7000steps - Northeast Wild Robusta: Heavy and thick, acts like a great daily driver when I push the sugar to 12g.
  • Marc’s - Buma Devi & Naivo - Millard's Dream: Great syrupy density and caramel/cacao weight, but slightly too polite.

The Failures (Too clean/polite for my setup):

  • Araku - Selection: Completely vanished in the milk.
  • Naivo - SKIA Red Honey (Robusta): The honey processing made it way too clean and soft (vanilla/brownie notes). It lacked the astringency to fight the dairy.

I currently buy pre-ground (AeroPress/Medium-Fine) but I'm open to both Medium-Dark/Dark Arabicas or heavy, unrefined Robustas.

What are the heaviest, punchiest coffees from Indian roasters you’d recommend to survive this specific milk and sugar setup?

TIA
