Need either tips on how to improve my Zada deck or how to pilot it (I'm not sure which is the issue)

Heya,

So, I got the goblin storm deck for the art. I went with Zada because she seems fun and upgraded the deck to work better with her, while keeping all the special arts.

My issue with the list is that sometimes it works, but sometimes doesn't and I'm not sure if it's the problem of the deck or me not playing it correctly. What I was doing wrong is I think keeping hands without a targeted draw spell for a refill, but overall I'm unsure if it's the right strategy. Should I mulligan for those?

Would love if someone could take a look at the list and tell me if something is wrong with it or just give me tips on how to play her better.
