I forgot my password for cap

Guys i forgot my password for my cet login I need it for he cap registration,i have my documents verification at 12 but I need to complete the remaining form too wut do I do ?

I tried the to click forgot password but it says " we will get a email to u shortly " and i am calling the helpline but they won't answer wut do I do? I am panicking rn cuz of it
