I'm a college student and there are currently no earning members in my family. To support my mother, cover household expenses, and continue my education, I started working part-time as a Swiggy delivery partner.

When I joined, I received a call from Swiggy's onboarding team. I was told that after the initial payment, the remaining ₹1,800 onboarding fee would be recovered in 6 weekly installments of ₹300 from my payouts.

That isn't what happened.

First payout: Around 50% of my earnings were deducted.

Second payout: Instead of deducting ₹300—or even another 50%—100% of my weekly payout was deducted.

That payout wasn't just my "income." It included the money I had already spent on petrol to complete deliveries. Every kilometre I rode came out of my own pocket first.

Over the past week, I delivered through scorching heat, high humidity, heavy rain, strong winds, and flooded roads. Like every delivery partner, I accepted the risks of traffic and weather because I needed the income. After all that effort, opening the app and seeing my entire week's earnings reduced to zero was devastating.

For me, this isn't just a number on a screen. That money pays for fuel, helps put food on the table, and allows me to continue my studies. Having an entire week's payout withheld without any explanation has left me in a very difficult position.

I'm posting here because I genuinely want to know:

Has any other Swiggy delivery partner experienced this?

Is there an official policy that allows Swiggy to deduct an entire weekly payout despite promising fixed weekly installments?

If support doesn't resolve this, what's the best way to escalate it?

I'll attach screenshots of my payouts and deductions. I'm not trying to attack the company—I just want an explanation and a fair resolution.

Swiggy deducted 100% of my weekly payout after promising ₹300/week onboarding deductions. I'm a student trying to support my family.
