Frozen

I was just transferred to frozen recently and I’m still trying to figure out and get used to the department. Some tips and advice would be much appreciated

I’m also wanting to invest in some decent gloves to use so if anyone has any recommendations please let me know. Publix gloves aren’t cutting it for me lol
