Need quick help: consequences of durge vs Orin fight

It’s been a long while since I played Durge so I can’t recall the consequences of the fight against Orin. I’m playing a full on evil durge, already became unholy assassin and now facing Orin.

I remember that if durge dies during the 1:1 battle against her, they get resurrected later. But I don’t remember if it’s better for an evil run to just defeat Orin in the 1:1 battle or die and be resurrected.

In the end I want to take over the brain in Bhaal’s name and possibly kill durge during the end cut scene, I think I remember seeing something like that.

Can anyone pls just quickly tell me the different outcomes of the battle and which one would be better for an evil run?
