do any delhi medical colleges provide seats for Kashmiri Migrants? (KM quota)

i'm a delhi resident, and getting a decent score in NEET and there's not much info about this on most mainstream forums (probably cause KM seats are usually supernumerary)

a few posts on Quora and Career360 claim that colleges like MAMC and VMMC have seats for those who qualify as KMs

anyone got any solid evidence for this? thanks
