Problem with appeals

Been banned for “cheating” for a year, i did not cheat and wasn’t even on the game for the past 2 days prior, but not the point. how long do these cheating appeals take to be accepted/denied? it’s been almost a week and no response

Also, tried to load up an alt account to play and it kicked me for “vpn usage” most likely detecting ive been banned on another account. is that a permanent hardware ban?
