My memory keeps resetting

I’m on the mobile website (I know this is for the app, but I don’t know where else to go)

Every once in a while, the memory will just reset. It’ll go from 1.3k to 0. Or .2k to 0 for no reason. Does anybody know how to fix this? Or at least why it happens?
