Experience with Ophelia Apartments? Top-floor units, street noise, and waterproofing

Hi everyone,

I’m currently considering renting at Ophelia Apartments in Pittsburgh and wanted to ask if anyone who lives there, or has toured recently, could share their experience.

I’m especially interested in top-floor units and units facing the street / busier side of the building. A few things I’m wondering about:

How is the soundproofing? Do you notice much street noise, traffic noise, or noise from neighboring units?

For top-floor units, has anyone experienced any issues with leaks, water intrusion, roof maintenance, or rain-related problems?

Overall, how has your experience been with maintenance and the building quality so far?

I know the building is relatively new, so there may not be many reviews yet, but I’d really appreciate any firsthand insight. Thank you!
