Looking for long-term reviews of the SuperErgo Specialist chair

I'm considering buying the SuperErgo Specialist and would love to hear from people who have actually used it for a few months (or longer).

A few things I'm particularly interested in:

How has the chair held up over time? Any issues with the cushion, lumbar support, recline, armrests, or overall build quality?

Has anyone had to make a warranty claim? If yes, how was the after-sales service and turnaround time?

Is the seat actually a honeycomb mesh as advertised, or is it a regular high-density foam cushion? How does it perform during long sitting sessions, especially in hot weather?

If you work from home and sit for 8+ hours a day, how comfortable is it over the long term?

Would you buy it again, or would you choose a different chair in the same price range?

For context, I'm 5'3" (160 cm), around 58 kg, and work from home. My current chair is still usable, so I'm only looking to upgrade if this would be a meaningful long-term improvement.
