Pro Loader question.

I’ve been the pro loader for a year. Recently, pro manager has asked me to take photos of customers cars or write down the phone numbers I see in the parking lot so they can see if they’re pros, and call them. (To clarify, customers with their businesses phone numbers on their vehicles)

I feel uncomfortable doing this. I was head cashier for 3 years and never heard of the pro loader having to do this.

I’m just curious if anyone else that’s a pro loader is being asked to do the same thing? I’ve never seen anything on my job breakdown paper that says anything about getting customer information (it could have updated but I don’t think it has)
