How to avoid silly mistakes on nbmes?

💡 Need Advice

I realised that I was making a lot of very basic and very silly mistakes, to give an example I would forget if succinylcoline was Ach receptor agonist or antagonist, just an example. Other than this there are a few mistakes which I genuinely don't know how it happened because when I reviewed it I truly did not understand how could I make those mistakes. It's been repeating in three nbmes now. How do I avoid those? I know it's not the easy to rectify and most people do silly mistakes anyway but is there anyone who knows what might help?
