Disappointing Experiences with Pokemon Sellers
The recent experiences I've had with some popular sellers on Instagram has left me feeling entirely dejected and disappointed. I understand the challenges of running a business on IG, I know that keeping a track of multiple customers is hard, but things are getting out of hand. I treat sellers with respect, I always make payments immediately and reply as soon as possible, but in the last two weeks I have had to text sellers multiple times to ask them if they have shipped my cards or not and to ask for tracking links. I always give them a few days before asking for updates, I try not to bother them too much and I keep my texts as polite as possible, but some of them don't reply at all but keep posting new shit. I usually get a reply after asking them 2-3 times. I don't know if this is common in the community, but it shouldn't be. If sellers don't like getting ghosted, maybe they should hold themselves to the same standards, especially if the customer has already made a payment.
Reddit sellers have been much nicer than big IG sellers, but it's just disheartening to be treated this way. I don't think a customer should have to beg for tracking links again and again.
If you guys know any good sellers on Reddit who are dependable, please let me know. Also, lmk if there are any sellers I should avoid. This shit has been so demotivating.
