Additional Strata Charges

Hello,

I’m doing some research to write an article for a strata body newsletter about schedule B charges (additional charges other than the base fee).

I’m hoping that some committee members out there would be willing to share some statements with me showing their additional charges. You may remove all identifiers if you like, I just need the time period the cost and work done.

I’ve got full data from my company and 2 other companies that have volunteered it to me but in the interest of fairness I would like additional data not just companies that willingly share it.

Please note this is not market research, the purpose is to shine a light on additional charges and push for transparency in the industry
