Google doesn't forget

My wife was a podiatrist with her own practice. She retired 10 years ago, through ill health. Two days running I've had calls from people looking for an appointment, in.both cases they were given Mary's number by an occupational therapist.

In the past when things like this happened I just said she retired 10 years ago, now I say she's died and anyway she retired 10 years ago.

No idea where this OT got her number from but I'm not in the mood to apologise for their incompetence.
