any solutions to the hot fix problem where here is no option to update your kindle?

My setup:

• Kindle Paperwhite 11th Gen
• Firmware 5.16.8
• WinterBreak completed successfully
• Update_hotfix_universal.bin copied to the Kindle root
• Deleted update.bin.tmp

The problem is that I do not have an “Update Your Kindle” option under Settings → three-dot menu.

The only options I see are:

• Device Info
• Restart
• Reset to Factory Defaults

The hotfix .bin file remains in the root directory, and Run Hotfix never appears in my library.
