Nurses are responsible for delivering high-quality care, not for ensuring a particular clinical outcome.

Clinical

Seeing posts here a gentle reminder: a nurse is not responsible for the effectiveness of the treatment or the overall outcome of the care provided (law). The nurse's responsibility is to deliver care safely, competently, and according to professional standards and the care plan. Treatment outcomes depend on many factors, including the patient's condition, response to therapy, and the decisions of the multidisciplinary team. Nurses support the treatment process, but they cannot guarantee its success. Perhaps NMC / NHS management also would benefit from reading this post. Have a nice day.
