Duplicate Uan issue. How to activate and link pfs.

Need help with duplicate UAN issue.

My active UAN was created in Dec 2014 and I’ve used it ever since. But during PF withdrawal, I found that an older employer (i left in Aug 2014) had also created another UAN linked to my old PF after I left and never shared uan with me.

That old UAN was never activated, so I can’t log in. My ex-employer filed a Joint Declaration in April 2026 for activation/correction, but status is still showing “Pending with EPFO” at Bandra.

What can I do now?

Can I raise EPFO grievance myself or only employer can?

How long does EPFO usually take in such cases?

Best way to activate old UAN and transfer that PF into my active UAN?
