Would you pay an agency for promised ChatGPT visibility?

An agency telling us they can get our answer surfaced in Chatgpt, but they want a three month commitment and there's no refund policy. That's the part making me nervous If we dont see any results, it feels we are trowing money away.

Im not really asking whether AI traffic matters, Im trying to figure out if anyone can realistically make this kind of promise right now, of if this is the kind of claims agencies when the outcomes is too hard to verify
