Why Khazan can't jump

I am bored so creating this post. I think Khazan can't jump because his tendons were cut when sentenced to death. When phantom goes in his body and revives him, he is able to heal most tendons but not all, so as a result Khazan can't jump or swim, but can dodge, run and take minor fall damage.
