E2 only 51 pg/ml on Estrifam — did increasing your dose help?

I would like to ask about my hormone levels. My latest blood test showed:
Estradiol (E2): 51 pg/ml
Testosterone: 0.17 ng/ml
I am taking Estrifam 2 mg, and my doctor increased my dose to 2-1-1 tablets (8 mg per day).
Is an estradiol level of 51 pg/ml considered low in your experience? How much did your levels change after increasing the dose?
