Shoe-ins based on Scottish reserve

I think two extremely likely animals for the new game are the Scottish wildcat and the capercaillie.

The Scottish wildcat is critically endangered, culturally significant and bred in captivity for release in the wild.

The capercaillie is an iconic species and a new bird with a pretty unique body plan.

Both species are important to the Scottish Highlands and are, in my opinion, shoe-ins for this game. Are there any other animals you would say are basically guaranteed to show up based on the reserves?
