Help xreal air

I just got a new pair of xreal air glasses and updated the firmware but when I try to use them for my rog ally x they work for 10 minutes then white screen with small black lines left to right then when I unplugged them and plugged them back in I get exactly 25 seconds and does the same so plugged them into my android phone same thing l left them alone for a bit and was able to watch a full movie plugged into my android phone so does anybody know why this is happening or should I get a refund thank you in advance sorry my grammar is terrible
