not censoring!

hi gang i was just walking into my grocery shop and i see a mum and toddler pull to the side outside quickly and then walk right close past me, i see puke all over where they just were, close to me, so one of them just puked and i first got so anxious and rushed inside and my mouth was open past them and lips are dry so i was constantly licking em in the moment and even in store after, i also had to walk right outside the same spot. its winter for me so im preparing for it being the worst, a stomach bug, i dont fully have emetophobia but i cannot afford to get sick and have been trying hard to avoid stomach bugs because of my chronic illness, im a teen and have a terrible diet due to it. i feel at high risk now as the particles would’ve entered my mouth, its over for me surely. dont really know what to do now, i definitely take a win as i didnt panic extremely, but gosh i am feeling the loss of what might happen soon.
