Seeking referrals

hello all. looking for a referral, as of now i work as a associate PM in a fintech startup.
however i want to switch.

i've a year of experience, close to 2.

any leads within bangalore or if outside then remote would be helpful, ill be more than glad to share my CV in the dms upon asking.

mostly targeting towards structured corporate environments than startups but if there's a startup with healthy working environment & good work life balance, then sure!
