Cursing my step father to protect my mother

Hello, this is a very complicated time for my mother.

To put it simply, she is divorcing my step father, he is a bad person manipulated her etc.

Things were going rather fine until now, he wasn't mean or causing much trouble towards her

But today, I learned from my mother that he took control of all her socials, mails and accounts in general.

I told her to go to the police station, but I'd like to do something more. When she told me about the divorce I thought about "cursing" (more in a karma like way)

Though I decided to do nothing, unless he was being bad.

I think now is the time for me to act and to seek for a balancing.

I wonder if Lilith is a good being I could ask help from to help my mother and allow her to build her new life in a more stable way, without him bothering her.

I've been thinking about it for a few weeks and Lilith seems to be the answer, but I'd still appreciate the advice/opinion of other people.
