Switch lite repair

Hello! I recently purchased a Switch Lite with a blue screen with the goal of repairing it. When applying pressure to the CPU, the console turns on the low battery indicator, meaning it would need to be reflowed. However, my attempts to reflow the console have not worked at all. I followed various tutorials and used a heat gun at varying temperatures, ranging from 800-950 F while using plenty of flux. However, no matter how long I used the heat gun, the CPU never budged at all.

When working on it, I cleaned off all the thermal paste and used 91% isopropyl alcohol to clean it further, applied plenty of flux, protected the other parts of the motherboard with kapton tape, and kept the heat gun moving in circles and other patterns to evenly heat it up. What should I do? How can I repair this?
