I FEEL LIKE IMMA DYIN OF ANXIETY 🚨🚨

So, today mega mailed me that my acc is permanently terminated cause i violated their terms and conditions which someone i actually did cause i saved and report those files and then i deleted my acc, and fuckk they mailed me on 27th as their 1st srike and i didn't saw it till today morning they send me another strike and permanently terminated my acc which i genuinely don't care cause i didn't opened my acc from months, they said I'll face legal consequences lifetime prison etc etc. And what to do how to do my heartbeat is at peak rn idk what to do please help me. 🚨🚨🚨🚨
