Any reusable food wraps that actually hold up in a catering kitchen?

Hey, so I'm a chef with a small catering business. Between prep days, test batches and the actual event days, I go through an insanely ridiculous amount of food storage items every week. In an effort to cut down on waste, I've been using reusable food wraps that I got on alibaba for the past couple of weeks. Honestly, they’ve actually helped. I’ve noticed a reduction in the amount of waste, compared to when I was using the disposable ones. And they’ve been great for short term storage for bread, cut fruit and the like. I’ve learned though that they don’t perform as well after use with hot food. And foods with lots of liquid like soup are not ideal and I still have to use actual containers with lids. The biggest issue is that the wraps lost their grip after a couple of uses. Overall they’ve been a great addition to my kitchen but I wonder if there’s better options for this, like do i just fully resort to containers for everything? Would the food still be fresh that way? What are your opinions and recommendations?
