Has anyone else had issues emailing legal@vinted.co.uk? I've tried twice from Gmail, which is my email for the banned account and after three days of trying to deliver, I get a bounce-back saying "Message not delivered". How do you connect with ‘legal team’ then?

I'm trying to appeal a permanent ban on my Vinted Pro account, because the reason makes no sense.

Here's the timeline:

1. I was banned on my personal account for "commercial selling" (too many listings).
2. Vinted advised me to open a Pro account if I wanted to keep selling.
3. I opened a Pro account (separate from my personal one, as allowed).
4. My Pro account was then banned for "commercial selling" even though I had nothing listed as "new with tags" or even"new without tags". None of the generic reasons in their auto-messages actually applied to me.
5. I moved back to my personal account to keep selling my personal items (I'm moving abroad and need to clear out).
6. A few weeks later, my personal account was permanently banned again and this time for "not listening" and not opening a Pro account (which I had already done but i wasn’t allowed to keep).

I'm not selling anything inappropriate. I'm selling my own clothes and accessories (many) many never worn, but listed as "very good" to be safe since the first ban a few months ago. Many items barely cover packaging and postage effort. I just don't like waste and need to reduce before moving so I dedicate my time to find a good home for my stuff.
The whole situation is absurd. They push you to Pro, then ban you on Pro for the exact same activity. They ban you again on personal for "not listening". There's no consistency, no transparency, and no clear rule about how many listings is "too many". We have to play a game not knowing the rules and then we are being punished for it.

I've sent multiple emails to legal, but they won't even go through. Has anyone else had this problem? How do you actually contact a human at Vinted? I'm thinking of sending a handwritten letter at this point lol 😅

Vinted legal email not working – anyone else?
