I am so stuck. It’s just not working

Hey everyone,
I’m a pretty new PokeMMO player and I’ve honestly hit a wall. I’ve been stuck on the Unova Elite Four for days now. My team is so bad that it feels almost impossible to beat them. I get close sometimes, but I always end up getting swept.

I’ve looked up guides and everyone says to just make money first, but as a new player I have no idea what I’m doing. I’ve tried a few money-making methods, but they either don’t make much or I just can’t do them efficiently with the Pokémon I have.

Right now it feels like I’m stuck in a loop where I need money to build a better team, but I can’t make enough money because my team is too weak.
If anyone has any advice for a new player who’s stuck here, I’d really appreciate it. I’m starting to think I’m missing something obvious.
